UNIque@dance -
Rethinking Dance Education
is a new further training programme for people with and without disabilities who wish to explore and develop contemporary dance from an inclusive and ableism-critical perspective. Developed in close dialogue with the Institute for Contemporary Dance at the Folkwang University of the Arts and the Centre for Contemporary Dance at the Cologne University of Music and Dance, the programme combines artistic practice, research and professional exchange.
Who is it for? For dancers, performers, dance professionals, dance students and people with disabilities who wish to prepare for a degree in dance.

The DIN A 13 tanzcompany explores these questions in its two-part production ‘MYspace SAFEspace NOspace’ – bringing performers with physical disabilities and artists from the ballroom community (LGBTQ+) to the stage.
